We do not offer refunds on items bought on this site due to the vintage nature of these clothes. We have 100% satisfaction in all that we offer and make sure they are honestly described and documented for condition/size.
However, if an item doesn’t fit and is to be returned, it must be done so within 14 days of its purchase date. The garment must be in the same condition that it arrived in. As we are a small business, we kindly ask if customers would buy to wear and not just to try on.
Once the item is received back at our studio, we can offer a credit note on any other knit shirt(s)/vintage garments on site (stock dependant).
You must pay for the carriage of the returned goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the returning garment safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Upon selecting the exchanged garment, you will be required to pay for the addition postage needed to send it back to you.
